Hair infusion can change hair length as well as volume without damaging the original hair by excess weight, since this method uses a natural protein to attach the infusions. Here’s how to apply a hair infusion.
Wash and condition hair. Do not use a leave-in conditioner or any product that will add extra oil or weight to hair.
Pin hair to head’s top, and then loose the bottom layer.
Pick up a strand of your hair and place the extension over the hair to create the look of one long strand. The infusions will come with a tiny bead that is attached as close to the scalp as possible if you are using the non-heat method. Continue attaching the extensions until they cover the whole bottom layer.
Take down the next layer. Pin the un-tipped hair to the top of your head to keep it out of your way. Keep adding infusions to your hair’s sections until you’ve reached the desired length and amount of hair.
Trim or curl hair if needed.
Let the infusions sit for at least 3 days. Then, wash your hair about once a week. Do not use heavy products that create hair build-up.
- People whose hair at least 5-6 inches long had better try hair infusions.
- To avoid tangling, you had better use high-quality hair that has been cut from the same head.
- If you want to get the best result, you had better ask a trained professional to get your hair infusions.
